Insurance and Referrals

We accept most forms of insurance and will gladly file your insurance for you.  However, we request your portion (co-payment, deductible, or co-insurance) be paid at the time services are rendered.  These payments may be made by cash, check, or credit card.  We ask that you bring your insurance card(s) with you, so that we may scan them for complete and accurate information.

If your insurance requires a referral or authorization from your Primary Care Physician, we will need to receive it prior to your appointment.
If a patient does not have their coinsurance or referral their visit may be rescheduled.

We understand and want to help!

We understand you aren’t feeling well and insurance and billing can be confusing.  We also understand that health care costs are rising everywhere and this can cause additional strain.  Our staff are professionals and are here to help you in any way we can!  We do want you to be aware that condescending and outright abusive behavior towards our healthcare team, who only want the best care for you, may sadly result in dismissal from the practice.
